To me one of the most appealing parts of PPG is being able to maintain altitude, being it 1000ft or 10ft.
So as I get more comfortable with the motor and gain more experience and finesse with the throttle I started doing lower and lower passes to test the waters.
It's definitely important to have a good upright position (which I didn't have at first) but also having the air conditions in mind (not too bumpy) as well as the space you're doing it in. Great fun and look forward to doing more.
Also got to try the Moster185 on the Parajet V3 frame and really enjoyed having more power!

I had the problem of always making a mess in the kitchen when cutting bread slices.
So I decided to make this bespoke bread cutting board. With some extra features like a sliding closing lid and also the top of the board is a cutting board itself so it can be used as a cutting board for other things like cheese and other fillings :)

Alex Mateos describes his design: The Ozone slalom steering system is a safe way to control direction whilst accelerating along the course. The AM steering system will require a certain amount of time to learn the correct movements but, once mastered, allows the pilot full directional control whilst accelerated without the risk of accidentally activating the brakes. The slalom steering system is not only for competition slalom flying. It can be used by any pilot who flies reflex wings at top speed – this system gives the pilot more consistent control with faster access to brake inputs while using the tip steering line with an improved safety margin. The new Ozone Viper 4 is delivered with special pulleys and additional tip steering lines to install this slalom steering system. The line inspection means going through all of the lines of the wing and both looking and feeling them to make sure there are no noticeable weak points.

Bough this old hand plane for 5£ and it was in a bit of a sorry state so spent a couple of hours bringing it back to workable/usable condition.
The wooden parts were easy to fix but the metal work took longer. I always get surprised how much better things get just by cleaning them.
I used Paul Sellers method and video to restoring this hand plane.

We finally got to fly Minde and what a great experience it was to get back to flying proper thermals.
It was Gemma's first experience, a little bumpy, but she did great and got really high!
