The Southern Flight Club will hold the first paragliding flight in An Giang, which will take place on November 28 & 29, 2020. With about 80 athletes flying from Hanoi and Other Cities.

Chuyến off road camping dã ngoại tại Đồi Bù Chương Mỹ Hà Nội do Pickup Viet Nam Club team Tân Binh off 20.11.2021 . Mình sử dụng ford ranger xls 1 cầu 4x2 để off road
Thông tin chung dành cho khách bay đôi:
● Chi phí: 1260-1560k/người/chuyến bay tùy vào từng điểm bay. Trong đó:
- Chi phí bay: 1200k/khách/chuyến.
- Tiền bảo hiểm: 60k/khách (khoản chi phí này sẽ không được hoàn lại nếu chuyến bay bị huỷ vì lí do thời tiết)
- Tiền xe đi lại (nếu bạn không có phương tiện di chuyển): xăng xe, cầu đường Big C – Điểm bay – Big C: 150k. Tọa độ điểm bay: https://goo.gl/maps/a8YTq3eVCHbGi9R8A
- Tiền xe lên núi: 100k
- Tiền xe xuống núi: 50k
● Thời gian & địa điểm tập trung:
- Thời gian: 8h - 8h30 sáng hàng ngày hoặc tuỳ theo sự sắp xếp của phi công.
- Địa điểm: cafe Highland Big C Thăng Long , 222 Trần Duy Hưng, Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội
Các khách bay đôi vui lòng tới đúng giờ để sắp xếp phương tiện.
● Lưu ý về trang phục & dụng cụ:
- Quần áo: quần áo dài tay, đủ ấm, khoác ngoài nên có áo gió.
- Giày dép: giày thể thao hoặc giày leo núi (nếu có)
- Đồ mang theo (túi xách/ví đeo/...): gọn gàng, không vướng víu. Khách có thể mang theo đồ ăn trưa để ăn trên núi trong lúc chờ bay hoặc đặt tại địa điểm tập trung trước khi lên núi.
- Dụng cụ chụp hình quay phim: nên có chỗ gắn/ móc cài/ dây bảo hiểm (buộc vào tay hoặc trang phục trong trường hợp trượt tay sẽ không rơi mất).

Everyone remembers their first flight very well. The excitement, your feet slowly rising of the ground, the wind in your face and, in my case, excruciating pain in my balls!

The very first flight I've done was on tow and only a couple of feet off the ground for around 20 meters. But it was enough to painfully introduce me to a problem I still tackle 5 years later.

Not many people talk about it openly but from my experience everyone suffers from this to a greater or lesser extent, and is probably the reason why pilots try to get in their seat as soon as they take-off and to get out as late as possible when landing.
Groin aside, this has very serious safety implications, not to mention how it limits your groundhandling, so in this video I tried to improve our existing groundhandling harness with some padding in the right places.
